Assalamualaikum to all my classmates!!!
Did you find yesterday was a very interesting class?.I felt so excited and can feel that my students also will like it.In addition,we can see which career is suit with my personality.Moreover,if I relate the matching between personality and which career is suit with me,I will said it is relate with Holland's theory.Holland said,a person's behavior is determined by an interaction between his or her personality and the characteristics of his or her environment.So,people will search for environments that will let them use their skills and abilities,express their attitudes and values,and take on agreeable problems and roles.Wassalam.
