In choosing a career, one must consider the aspect of interest, ability, opportunity and market. It is essential to knowing yourself first before making your career decision. Bear in minds that interest must go along in choosing our career. Besides, you have to take a look how far you able to reach your target. And, what are the criterions should possess to be like that. Also, you have to look for chances or opportunity available to go for it. It is crucial for you to knowing your limitation. Therefore, school is function to access students about the career development and career planning. School is a place where guide students in making a right decision for the right interest, as well as for the right qualification. These kinds of things are really helpful and beneficial for students to prepare their selves for future hand. So, indirectly it will encourage them to perform better in study and at least got some mission and vision to achieve the goals.
We have learned lots of things from the interview and got some clear picture about the career development planning. Furthermore, what we have learned in class is just a piece of onion layer and totally different in workplace. We need to explore and learn from others to suit ourselves with the job at the first place. Therefore, in order to become a successful and a career person we need some extra- ordinary effort. Besides, it is not easy to become a successful person because it needs lot of scarification and difficulties we have to face.
In a nutshell, career development is the lifelong psychological and behavioral process, and contextual in shaping one’s career development. One’s must pay a great concern in choosing career to avoid resentment and dissatisfaction because we will carry our work for the rest of our life. Besides, it also important to produce a productive and high level of human capital as well as contributing to the growth of the country.
