you can take charge of your life and reduce stress by managing your time well. these are the tips:
1. simplify your life by focusing on what you want and need to do.
2. make a list of your tasks each day.
3. ask people to visit you rather than dropping by.
4. if you have more tasks to do than you can handle. ask someone to help you.
5. break big tasks or long-range goals into small steps.then try to take one steps at a time.
6. give yourself enough time to do each task. and do just one thing at a time.

i think a counselor should know how to avoid stress...he or she who is not able to manage the stress circumstances, how could the counselor help the others.. hehehehe
