experiences...ermmm
from what i've read last week in the star job newspaper all the requirement in order to be hired every job we must have at least 5 years experiences in the field of that job. so here, for us, as a fresh graduates it is seems quite difficult to us to strive in order to get that place. obviously, we are fresh graduate so how come we have that experiences without facing it first even we know how to do that job. so, here at least we are given an opportunity from the employer to show our talent first then from that we will get an experiences. that is because if all the employer needs an experiences people at first so how about the fresh graduate???? and of course because of that it is contribute to the jobless among the freshgraduate...am rite?? i need all of you guys to give me a reflection towards this requirement.....=)

hurm... i interested on the topic about the 5 years experiences in order to be hired on every job.
actually, from what that i've read, there are two different situation on hiring workers these day. first, there are certain company that will pay for da experienced workers but the salary is quite high depends on the experience itself.
for freshgrads like us, dun worry bcoz there are still hundreds of company that ready to pay for freshies actually. for example, for a company that hire a freshgrad, the salary is obviously not in da same stage with senior worker on the same field... wut u have to do now is study and get the best result! sure u will get da best job that u deserve.. (*_*)
