Sis noraini, i'm agree with you
Salam sis. Actually, our view on this situation is same. It is true that, if the employer only looks for the employee who already has at least 5 years experience of work, how about the freshgraduate who has no experience at all? It seems like not fair, isn't? But, for me, in order to be not stress on this situation is, taking this situation as a challenge. We can convince the employer that we also can learn the certain skills and be better than the experienced employee. So, the employer must open and give opportunity to the freshgraduate as well. The employer can observe the freshgraduate performance for a certain period. If their contribution can give the positive result on the company, why don't the employer treats them as same as the experienced employee?

Salam...
for me to make fair on having oppurtunities to get jobs in the job market nowadays is private and goverment sectors need to held and writing and IQ tests which that not make the candidates abilities only focus on experiences only but also the knowledge about working areas and skill of problems solving or critical thinking. that the inner skills that sometimes not have on experiences candidates but have on freshgaduate candidiates.
