I agree!!!! but............
Yes, i agree with nelly especially about engineers contribute a lot in the country... but...... i think the employer is too choosy on their employee, because most of the jobs need atleast 2-5 years of experience. Maybe this is the cause of jobless graduates. I guess we should look on the employer issues about too choosy on their employee. Anybody agree?.....

salam ain...Erm sometimes I agree with u and sometimes I not really agree with u..for me employer must choosy interms of find employee.it is becoz they do not want to rugi.For me, the students itself have to gain knowledge as many as they can especially in soft skills.If the graduates have all of these skills,experience is not important anymore and the result,they will hired by the employer..
