- Choosy in choosing a job which is qualified with their qualification
- Races discrimination. For example, a Chinese employee will choose a Chinese workers rather than Malay and Indian eventhough they are more qualified.
- Poor grades. Fresh graduates with low cgpa having difficulty in choosing a job. The employee are more interested on workers with good grades.
- Lack of experience also a major problem for fresh graduates. Big companies for example tend to have an experienced worker to maintain the productivity of the company.
