I am confusing....

Assammualaikum and hello everybody!!!

Here, I had confused about one thing. In my opinion, I disagree with the KPLI Program known as (Kursus Perguruan Lepasan Ijazah) where this program was attended by graduated student who are not get the job after their study. They think that this is the good opportunity for them to get the job even though they are from another program which are not related with education program such as economic,engineering, ICT and so others. As we know, the graduated students are exactly not taking teaching subject during their degree program but they only need to continue their study in KPLI program just for one year and then they will called for the posting at any schools. For me,to be a teacher, we need to have skills and knowledge about teaching and it is not enough time to learn how to teach students in a short time. For example, degree student who are taking education courses are supposedly have 4 years to complete their study but these KPLI student only need one year. Is it can make this KPLI student being prepare to be a good teacher? And the another thing is KPLI program didn't produce a good teacher because most of them are looking only for the job and salary. They are not fully interest, not have good preparation and not sincere to become a teacher. That's why nowadays, we can see in the newspaper, a lot of violance happened in school which caused by the teacher. I still remember, one of the article that I have read is the teacher slapped the pre-school children only because of the children can't read English story book fluently. Is it the right attitudes for the teacher???
