Everyone is Unique Including You!!!!

There is no single career development path that is right for everyone. Every people have their own uniqueness and advantages. We have different skills, interests, talents, values and goals. So, each person's career and individual development plans must take these differences into account. For me, in seeking for the career which are most suitable for us, first of all we must know our real self deeper and try to understand what is our tendency, interest, ability, and the most important is we know what types of person do we have.
As we progress through the ranks, different skills and behaviors may be needed in different combinations in order to be successful. For example, as an employee progresses from entry level, to journey level to a senior or executive level, the need for increased competency in leadership, or able to manage our work effectively is much greater. It is not difficult to be the best employee in the organization or agency, as long as we have practice the best of ourselves and maintain the good personality, attitudes, and role playing.
sO, i think most of us can be the successful person if we set up our own career goals from now and planning effectively in order to achieve our goals in the future life. We all can do it. Yes, we CAN!!!
