KPLI students...

Referring to Ashikin post, I agree with you that it’s not fair actually for KPLI students just study for one year in education course because I don’t think that in short period of time, they can learn everything about the nature of school. My little brother has told me that in his school, there a new KPLI teacher doing practical. She’s teaching Arabic. What had happened there is she didn’t teach well to the students. Due to that, student didn’t understand what she is going to tell to them. I think, it is because she didn’t get enough guidance and exposure to communicate with the school environment while she is studying in KPLI program. It’s doesn’t means that I’m not agree with Hidayah. I know, there are KPLi student who are really entering that course because of their interest but only a bit of KPLI student who are strive for the nation like your sister. The rest are entering KPLI course just because they didn’t have any choice. That’s from true experiences, whereby there lots of my friend enter KPLI course only when they didn’t get better offer in their related field. When I go back to my hometown during hari raya recently, I met one of my brother’s friend, he say that he’s now in KPLI program in special education for inclusive classroom. Before that, he took a degree in mass communication. I ask him whether he choose the program because of interest or what, the answer from him is quite surprising me. He says that, he applies for KPLI just to try on. But, suddenly he got that offer in that course. At first, he didn’t want to go but when he thinks back, it guarantees him a permanent job and he got monthly allowances, he goes for that. So, on that time, I think how come he becomes an inclusive teacher if he not actually interested in that field. One of my old fren say that, he enter KPLI program because his parents want him to be a teacher and he also think that job’s salary is quite ok rather than being unemployed for a long period of time. So, not all like Hidayah’s sister but we hope that there will be more like her in the future so that our nation will not being lagging behind because of the teacher’s attitude itself.
