WELL, MEMANDANGKAN FINAL EXAM IS COMING.. SO I HOPE THIS WILL HELP US TO MANAGE OUR STRESS...
Step1
We all have stress. Some stress we can control and others we cannot. Here is a simple way to help feel like you can manage stress better. It is to make a stress action plan.
Step2
First, find a quiet place. Grab a cup of coffee, tea, or juice and a pen and paper.
Step3
Write down specific stressors. For example, do not write "finances" as your source of stress. Instead, write down specific your bills and amounts. OR instead of "job" write down specifically not enough salary or desire to change to better position. It is important to be very specific about your source of stress.
Step4
Next, place stressors in order of most stressful to least stressful. They may feel all the same, but they actually are not. There may even be one specific source of stress that is causing other stressors to emerge. For example: Not having a job can cause stress financially and in relationships, etc.
Step5
Take your prioritized list of stressors and separate into "Things I can control now" and "Things I cant control until later". For example, you may be able to control your finances if you develop the right plan. Desire to get a new house cannot change until later, after you have fixed your finances.
Step6
Develop a specific plan of action for each source of stress. Brainstorm on all your options. If your finances are causing you stress, your options may include getting an additional temporary part time job or deleting spending that is not necessary.
Step7
Review your plans. Identify specifically what you can do and give it a time range. Example, obtaining a part time job may take 2-4 weeks.
Step8
Begin to put your plan to control your stress into action immediately.
Step9
Remember, that when you identify the specific source of stress, develop a plan and implement action, you will begin to feel more in control, thus less stress. Note: be patient as it may take some time for you stress action plan to reach its full potential. Stress management is achievable.
