Barriers & Decision Styles

Although all students will be helped by CR in making decision for their future career, we as CR have to realize that not all students can get along with that..There may some of the students that having probs dealing with this career decision making..In other words, there may have some students that have difficulties dealing with data ( career info & resources).. Y it happened?This is the Q that we as CR have to discuss..It may happened due to the physical, mental or emotional deficit..Besides, it may be caused by their usual decision making style..i.e. plantful,agonizing,impulsive,intuitive compliant,delaying,fatalistic,or paralytic..As CR, what we have to do to help our students..Lets thik about it together...????
