why we need to work?

Salam..
Based on the in-class discussion today, we know that there are many reasons for people to work. When someone asking us why we want to work, people then will answer the traditional statement- where people want to work because of M.O.N.E.Y..Money is no longer the matter why we need to work today. Moreover, there are the people who work because of to achieve the satisfaction in their life. In order to prove it, there are many examples of the rich people who still want to work although the properties that they have can guarantee their life-of course for the whole life!
Today, the profession that we choose is influenced by many factors. For me, I choose it due to my family. This job allows us to spend more time with the family actually. That is why; this job has been chosen mostly by the women. We enjoy our time with the family members after the school hours. The people who need to work at office; they won’t have this opportunity since they going back to home at the night.. So, since we will involve in this career, there is no reason for us to not to visit our family later on..(Just a reminder actually) and you.. you choose this career due to what factors?
