HOLLAND'S THEORY

I think that Holland typology about personality is right, because the concept of this theory is matching a person personality with suitable environment work. according this theory, a person that has personality type of Social, Artistic and Enterprising can be a Counselor. this type of person create 'social' environment, particularly value person who are helpful, friendly, good in teaching. the 'artistic' environment, particularly value people who are expressive, independent and original. the 'enterprising' environment, particularly value people who are energetic, ambitiousand sociable, who are good in politics, leading people and selling ideas.
